I didn't start in tech.
I started in kitchens and banquet halls and wedding receptions, learning what it means to create an experience that people remember for the rest of their lives.
After studying at the École des Arts Culinaires et de l'Hôtellerie, Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully, Lyon, France, I came home with a philosophy: that beauty and structure are not opposites. That the most extraordinary experiences are both deeply designed and deeply human.
That philosophy built 23 years in hospitality. It built Floressence Hospitality Group. And then it led me somewhere I didn't expect.
I became a Certified AI Consultant. I co-founded The Venco Group, an AI consulting company built to help businesses design intelligent systems that work without the owner carrying everything.
Not because AI is the future. Because your time, your creativity, and your presence are too valuable to spend on the predictable.
